Dining at his restaurant in Parktown North on 7th Avenue, between art galleries and contemporary design stores, is an experience that affords one the opportunity to "taste the world" in a menu.
Seasonal offerings are regularly updated, with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine, his inspired dishes encourage a nomadic culinary journey from sumac and spice-laden North African delights, to fresh not-quite-so-traditional antipasti and deli offerings, savoury handmade pasta, and desserts to tempt even the most puritan among us.
